FBH receives Best Paper Award

The FBH lecture "Process Robustness and Reproducibility of sub-mm Wave Flip-Chip Interconnect Assembly"  from Sirinpa Monayakul, Siddhartha Sinha, Franz-Josef Schmückle, Michael Hrobak, Dimitri Stoppel, Olaf Krüger, Bernd Janke and Nils Weimann has been awarded with the best oral paper award at the  Electrical Performance of Electronic Packages and Systems conference.
