FBH offers foundry services for the fabrication of monolithic microwave integrated circuits (MMICs) using its established GaN-based process technologies. MMIC designs can either be developed by FBH upon request or provided by the customer. For customer-supplied designs, FBH provides a Process Design Kit (PDK) under a service agreement and incorporates the design into the next available fabrication run.

In addition, FBH offers the qualification of epitaxial wafers using its standard device process. The qualification is based on the electrical characterization of fully processed devices, providing a reliable and comprehensive assessment of epitaxial material quality.

Following standard process control, quality verification, and successful acceptance of the fabrication run, we deliver the fabricated MMICs to customer as individual dies.

Available device technologies:

GaN MMICs transistors with 150 nm or 250 nm gate technology
Lateral GaN power transistors based on p-GaN and Schottky-gate technologies
