Young Researcher's Paper Award for FBH paper
Nobel Laureate Hiroshi Amano awarded the "Young Researcher's Paper Award" to Johannes Glaab (Ferdinand Braun Institut) in Japan.
For the paper "Degradation of electro-optical parameters and electromigration of hydrogen in (In) AlGaN-based UVB LEDs" (J. Glaab, J. Ruschel, T. Kolbe, A. Knauer, J. Rass, N. Lobo Ploch, M. Weyers, M. Kneissl, S. Einfeldt), Johannes Glaab was awarded the "Young Researcher's Paper Award" at the 6th International "Conference on Light Emitting Devices and Their Industrial Applications". The LEDIA'18 conference was held April 25-27 in Yokohama, Japan.
