CS-MANTECH’s "He Bong Kim Best Paper Award" bestowed to FBH team
On April 24th, 2012 the prize for the best publication and presentation 2011 has been awarded to a team from the Berlin Ferdinand-Braun-Institut at CS-MANTECH conference in Boston, USA. The paper of Sergej Chevchenko, Paul Kurpas, Nidhi Chaturvedi, Richard Lossy, and Joachim Würfl: "<link publikationen pub31.htm _blank internal-url-new-window>Investigation and Reduction of Leakage Current Associated with Dielectric Gate Encapsulation in AlGaN/GaN HEMTs" correlates leakage current properties of GaN microwave transistores with the specific layout design of passivation windows and describes a physical model interpreting the observations. CS-MANTECH is the world’s most recognized conference for processing of III-V semiconductors.
