Companies, research institutes, and scientists from optics and laser physics joined forces to make the huge economical and technological potential of modern laser technology accessible, especially to small- and medium-sized enterprises.

Advanced UV for Life

Activities of the consortium aim at advancing the technological development, availability, and the application of UV LEDs on a large scale. The alliance of companies and research institutes is funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research(BMBF) within the "Zwanzig20 - Partnerschaft für Innovation" program.
