Paul Rappaport Award presented to FBH authors

For the publication "Local 2DEG Density Control in Heterostructures of Piezoelectric Materials and Its Application in GaN HEMT Fabrication Technology" the authors Konstantin Osipov, Joachim Würfl, Ina Ostermay, Frank Brunner, Günther Tränkle and Maniteja Bodduluri were awarded with the renowned Paul Rappaport Award 2018. The Electron Device Society honors the best work published in last year's IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices every year. The paper was selected from over 790 articles that were published in 2018. Ina Ostermay received the $2,500 prize on behalf of the team of authors in San Francisco on December 9, 2019.
