Enrico Brusaterra receives Best Student Paper Award at CS MANTECH 2025
The organizers of the CS MANTECH Conference have announced the Best Student Paper Award for 2025: Enrico Brusaterra was honored for his contribution titled “Vertical GaN Trench MOSFETs with HfO₂/Al₂O₃ Layered Gate Dielectric.”
The work demonstrates vertical GaN trench MOSFETs with a novel layered gate dielectric, achieving significantly improved performance compared to conventional designs, including higher current capability, increased robustness, and enhanced device stability.
