"Berlin WideBaSe" develops Semiconductors for High-Power Applications

Ten enterprises and three research institutions started their cooperation in the development, manufacturing and distribution of materials, equipment, devices and systems based on semiconductors with wide bandgap (Wide-Bandgap-Semiconductors). Such semiconductors offer excellent materials properties and enable extremely compact and very fast power devices as well as powerful light emitters in the UV spectral range. Berlin WideBaSe combines the know-how and technical resources of thirteen regional partners from research and industry in this field.
