WideBaSe: Research, Development and Commercialization of Wide Bandgap Semiconductors

In July, thirteen Berlin research institutions and companies started their cooperation funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research. Aim is to develop, manufacture and market materials, equipment, devices and systems based on semiconductors with wide bandgap - WideBaSe.
