Fresh from the press: frequent - compact atmospheric plasma sources

FBH's current frequent issue is available as printed and online version, dealing with  compact atmospheric plasma sources that are developed by the FBH up to prototypes. The ultra-compact µPQ, a CCP plasma source has already been successfully used in an industrial printer system for surface activation. Moreover, the FBH develops explorative ICP plasma sources for applications in plasma chemistry.
