EuMIC Prize 2013 certificate
The publication "A 164 GHz Hetero-Integrated Source in InP-on-BiCMOS Technology" has been awarded with the EuMIC Prize, the Best Paper Award of this year's European Microwave Integrated Conference (EuMIC). The award is endowed with 3.000 Euro, sponsered by UMS GmbH. The paper Das Paper summarizes the results of a joint project with the Leibniz-Institut für innovative Mikroelektronik (IHP) and was presented at the conference by Viktor Krozer from the Ferdinand-Braun-Institut.
