Developer of simulation software regard FBHs GaN transistors as reference

For the second time, one of the leading suppliers of simulation software uses a FBH publication on pGaN gate GaN transistors as a reference. In addition to Synopsys, the software house Silvaco presented a simulation module which describes a normally-off GaN transistor, realized in pGaN gate technology. Experimental characteristics of the FBH, published 2010 at the ISPSD Hiroshima, form the module's basis. These activities confirm the increasing demand for this transistor technology.
