Best Paper Award: ESREF 2012

The publication from A. Zanandrea, E. Bahat-Treidel, F. Rampazzo, A. Stocco, M. Meneghini, E. Zanoni, O. Hilt, P. Ivo, J. Wuerfl, G. Meneghesso, "Single and double-heterostructure GaN-HEMTs devices for power switiching applications" has been awarded with the "Best Paper Award 2012" at the ESREF conference 2012. The authors come from the University of Padova, the Ferdinand-Braun-Institut and from the Italian Universities Nano-Electronics Team.
