Third funding phase for the Collaborative Research Center "Semiconductor NanoPhotonics" granted

The Collaborative Research Center SFB 787 "Semiconductor NanoPhotonic" is funded for additional four years with about € 11 million. The FBH contributes to the SFB within the projects C9 and A7. Michael Kneissl, coordinates the SFB and is head of the FBH Joint Lab GaN Optoelectronics.
