Placed first in "Most Downloaded Journal of Crystal Growth Articles"

A recently published joint paper of FBH, Hochschule Ruhr West, and Laytec currently ranks on the first place among the articles in Journal of Crystal Growth most downloaded in the last 90 days. The paper reports the first in-situ photoluminescence study of growing InGaN LED structures inside an industrial-grade MOVPE reactor. It reveals that the emission wavelength of LEDs can already been determined and if necessary adjusted during growth.
