LichtBlicke - concert
In line with the International Year of Light the writing contest LichtBlicke was launched. Students from 7th grade in Berlin and Brandenburg schools were asked to submit texts about light (poems, short stories, essays). The most interesting ones have been selected by a jury consisting of representatives from both the science and technology field as well as the cultural and creative industries. Ten texts are turned into lyrics for songs composed by young musicians from Berlin and will be presented at a concert on October 10th to be held at the Mall of Berlin (LP 12). Special guest is Elen, who is known for her performances at Voice of Germany.
All participants, their families and friends along with people interested in "illuminative" music of several styles are invited to join.
