3. Status Seminar of the InnoProfile Group

One focus of the seminar is on the transfer of FBH's laser systems concept in the Watt range by frequency doubling from 488 nm to further wavelengths. Hereby, the maximum possible functional integration (chip, optics, temperature stabilization) in minimum dimensions has been aimed for. Further issues are the enhancement of conversion efficiency by means of SHG as well as progress of FBH's red emitting diode lasers (640 nm) with high output power and good beam quality.
