On October 13, 2017, Jan Schlegel was honored by VDI Berlin-Brandenburg for his master graduation in Microsystemstechnology at Berliner Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft (HTW). His master thesis on "manufacturing of micro resonators in silicon oxide" has been created at FBH. VDI periodically honors the best graduates from Berlin and Brandenburg universities.
