Berlin WideBaSe – Many Results and Good Prospects

The Berlin WideBaSe consortium was established to concentrate and acceler-ate the Berlin domiciled research and development of (Al,Ga,In)N based electronic and optoelectronic devices. Berlin WideBaSe combines the know-how and technical resources of ten companies and three research institutions in Berlin.
